Avukat Eylem Ülgen is a lawyer, registered mediator, mediator trainer, expert trainer, and expert witness accredited by the Ministry of Justice of Turkey.
Registered with the Antalya Bar Association, she has more than twenty years of experience in the legal field.

Her professional background combines extensive practice in civil, commercial, and labor law with a strong focus on dispute resolution and legal education.
She also serves as a Concordat Commissioner, guiding restructuring processes under judicial supervision.

Eylem Ülgen holds an LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and an LL.M. in Private Law from Akdeniz University, where she specialized in the termination of joint-stock companies for just cause.

She lectures on Commercial Law at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and continues to contribute to the development of mediation and legal expertise training in Turkey.
